Carlson Data Collector Download (or upload)

Setting up the Windows Mobile Device Center in Windows 10 requires the download of WMDC for Vista - 64 Bit.  Once installed, find the shortcut in the start menu, go to the file location, right click and run compatibility mode for Vista 64.  It seems to work for now...
