Aerial LiDAR and Aerial Imagery will be combined to create a surface model. The virtual line of sight will be calculated from one or more key points on the subject property. A video depicting the line of sight from several views will be created and uploaded to YouTube for immediate viewing. The original video will be provided to the client by DVD or FTP.

There are options:
Potential obstructions can be created to determine future views if trees grow or a house is constructed.
Current obstructions can be eliminated from the model to determine potential sightlines.
