The following images were taken on June 13, 2018 from the Patio / First Floor and the Balcony Level of the southernmost units of the Oyster Pond at Chatham Condominium. The purpose is to determine how much of a roof will be observed should one be constructed in the lower portion of the property. The descriptions of the photographs include a height "AGL" or Above Ground Level. This measurement is to the top of the 30" tall traffic cone that was elevated for each image.
