2019 - We are proposing to reconfigure the lots owned by 24/7 Properties, LLC and Scootah, LLC. The purpose of the Division is to add additional parking to two of the properties while reducing the confusion caused by the commonly used unbuildable parcels severed for conveyancing purposes. The current plans are Plan Book 638, Page 41 and Plan Book 638, Page 42.

The proposed Division Plan takes 4 lots and creates 4 lots that conform to the Zoning Bylaw. We have taken the additional step to provide the area calculations and zoning compliance tables. The uses remain the same as on the original properties and as the lot areas are increasing those are presumed to remain conforming. The vacant lots are being reduced in area.
