In 2006, the Morgans replaced their bulkhead with a vinyl sheet bulkhead. Order of Conditions
In 2009, the Morgans expanded their bulkhead as the increased erosion came around the sides. The toe of the bulkhead appears to be below the Mean High Water elevation. Order of Conditions
